Is Janella Salvador ready to fall in love again? "I guess, when it comes. Never mong mae-expect kung kailan kasi darating."

Na-release na ang bago niyang single titled “Take It Easy” under Star Records.

Instantly, nagustuhan agad ni Janella ang “Take It Easy” dahil sa inspirational message ng kanta.

“It’s not your typical love song. Gusto ko ang love songs, but for something new, I want my first single to be inspirational, yet still modern, still something that you would listen to. I’m happy with the message of the song,” lahad ni Janella sa presscon niya kamakailan para sa kanyang Star Music single.

Kasi it’s super empowering. Nakaka-inspire siya and it’s an important message na gusto kong iparating sa mga women ngayon sa society,” paliwanag niya.

The single is composed by Anton Juarez at ayon sa Star Records, simula pa lang ang “Take It Easy” ng marami pa gagawing projects ni Janella ngayong 2019 as far as her singing career is concerned.

Nilinaw ni Janella na hindi tungkol sa ‘moving on’ from what she experienced in her life in the past years ang "Take It Easy."

“It’s more of nag-mature na ako. Parang I’m at this stage of my life ngayon na sobrang nagro-grow ako at nakikita ko kung gaano ka-different yung sarili ko ngayon sa Janella dati nung 16 years old ako.

Kung ano pa yung gusto kong i-work on, mga ganoon.

“This is something that you would listen to.

“Actually, yung song po is about making women confident in their own skin.

“Ako, I have to admit hindi lang ako, lahat naman tayo nagkakaroon ng moment na feeling natin parang ang pangit-pangit natin or na-insecure tayo sa hitsura natin or sa kung anuman, and it’s normal.

“So, I want this song to get out there. Parang to inspire yung mga tao to know na hindi lang isa ang standard ng beauty. Iba-iba talaga yung form ng beauty.”

Inamin naman ng Kapamilya actress that every now and then, it’s normal to feel insecure.

“Dati, I used to be insecure about...siguro my nose,” pag-amin ni Janella.

“Yeah, like before, dati nai-insecure ako. Pero ngayon, hindi na talaga.

“Tanggap ko na kasi. This is what God gave me.

“This is what’s bagay sa face ko. Eto na talaga. Kilala na po this face and I just might as well feel confident na rin.

“No!

“No, talaga. I felt insecure about it pero I never did anything.”

“Bagong soap? Hmm... it’s in the works pa lang.

“Pero, right now, I’m doing a movie pa lang, under Regal.

“Actually, I’m willing to work with different people now to explore my craft. Kasi feeling ko that’s how I will grow as an artist kapag makapag-work ako with different kinds of actors, actresses.”

Ayaw ba niya matali ulit sa love team?

“Yeah, sana. Ayoko muna mag-love team.”

“It’s not naman trauma, but it’s difficult to handle, especially people might get attached. For me kasi right now, I want to grow as an actress sa craft ko.

“Gusto ko mapakita na kaya kong mag-work with different people.”

I’m ready to take more challenging roles.”

May gusto ba siya na maging leading man for her next acting project?

“Wala akong maisip. Hahaha!

“Yeah. I’m okay with both of them.”

Anong feeling na okay na ulit sila ng mom niya and at the same time, with her dad Juan Miguel?

“Uhm, it’s different, magkaibang dynamics with my mom and my dad. So, happy ako ngayon na I’m slowly getting to know my Dad coz I did not grow up with him.

“So, ngayon happy ako. Masaya kami ngayon ng dad ko. Palagi kaming magkasama. Tapos yung Mom ko naman kasi, at last, we’re slowly, very slowly patching things up.”

“I can’t say it’s perfect, but, it’s getting there.”

“I guess, when it comes. Never mong mae-expect kung kailan kasi darating. So, ‘pag dumating, e, di dumating. Pero at least ngayon, I can say na I’m okay. I’m completely okay. I’m a lot better now.”

Wala ba siyang karelasyon ngayon?

“No, no, no. I’m not ready yet.

“Kung matatagalan pa? We’ll see. Kung may dumating, e, di may dadating.”
