How would you like to learn the Korean language through the help of your favorite K-pop group?
The Korean all-male idol group BTS will be seen in a series of Korean language teaching videos that aim to build a stronger connection with their fans.
BTS' management agency, Big Hit Entertainment, has launched Learn Korean with BTS, a collaboration with the Korean Language Content Institute.
The episodes will teach viewers about simple Korean grammar and expressions. They make use of reassembled footage from past videos of BTS including "Run BTS," "Bangtan Bomb" and "BTS Episode" to make the learning experience more immersive and fun.
Composed of V, J-Hope, RM, Jin, Jimin, Jeon Jung-kook, and Suga, the seven-member K-pop group is behind hit songs such as “Boy With Luv," "Fake Love," "Idol," and "Mic Drop."
The first three episodes of "Learn Korean With BTS" have already been released. One episode will be released every Monday at 9 p.m. (Seoul, Korea time).
There are 30 different episodes that run for three minutes each which means the online classes will have a total run of 90 minutes.
