Fans of 88rising are on cloud nine!
On August 9, 2022, the hip Asian collectivemusic company 88rising announced on Instagram its flagship music festival's debut in the Southeast Asian region.
The group wrote, "88RISING PROUDLY ANNOUNCES HEAD IN THE CLOUDS MANILA! DECEMBER 9 & 10 at SM FESTIVAL GROUNDS, PARAÑAQUE CITY"
Dubbed as the "Asian Coachella," the Head in the Clouds Music and Arts Festival has been bringing together the best of Asian culture from food to fashion to street art since 2018, making Filipino fans hyped up for its first-ever appearance in the country.
Ahead of its official line-up reveal, netizens have been busy moneyfesting for the 2-day pass ticket sales opening this August 11, 2022, and manifesting their artist wishlist as well.

The announcement roused the fans of Filipino-Australian singer and Pinoy Big Brother alumna Ylona Garcia, recruited by 88rising in 2021.
The 20-year-old's fans just couldn't contain their excitement any longer.
The Southeast Asian touchdown begins with Head in the Clouds Festival Jakarta on December 3 and 4, to be followed by Head in the Clouds Festival Manila on December 9 and 10.

Its most streamed talents include K-Pop superstars Jackson Wang and Chungha, Indonesian acts NIKI and Rich Brian, and Japanese singers Joji and Rina Sawayama.
