LOOKING BACK: The late Christian Pasno of The Voice Kids Season 2

The late Christian Pasno of The Voice Kids Season 2 was described as having a voice like a "laser beam."

Christian Pasno of The Voice Kids Season 2 tragically passed away at the young age of 13.

According to the report of ABS-CBN News Online, Christian got involved in a motorcycle accident in San Juan, Batangas.

The young boy became a semifinalist in the 2015 edition of the ABS-CBN reality singing competition.

When he took part in the blind auditions back then, Christian chose to perform Jovit Baldivino's "Ika'y Mahal Pa Rin."

Coach Sarah Geronimo told Christian back then: “Grabeng talim ng boses mo, parang laser beam.”

When he was asked to name his idol, Christian answered: "Si Jovit Baldivino po."

Lea Salonga praised him by saying, "Ang galing mong pumili ng idolo. Ang galing-galing ni Jovit kumanta.

“Yung puso niya ang nangingibabaw. Meron kang ganon, e."

Bamboo Mañalac gave him advice by saying, "Yung emosyon...kailangan mo rin matuto kung paano mag-kuwento."

Christian chose to be part of Camp Kawayan, joining Romeo Espino, Atascha Mercado, and Altair Arguello.

When he reached the Battle Round, he performed “Fireflies” with Benedict Inciong and Sim Teves.

Bamboo commended Christian by saying, "Yung growth mo sa umpisa nung ilang beses tayo nagre-rehearse, ang laki lang."

In the end, Bamboo picked Benedict to move on to the next round.

Eventually, Elha Nympha of Camp Kawayan emerged as the big winner of The Voice Kids Season 2.
