French-Canadian chanteuse Celine Dion is a total diva without the diva attitude.
The 50-year-old international pop superstar made her way to the Philippines for the very first time in the span of her 35-year career.
Celine arrived via a private jet at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport on July 19, around 1 a.m.
She had just concluded her three-night concert in Taipei, Taiwan.
The "My Heart Will Go On" singer was greeted by members of the Philippine media, including TV5's entertainment correspondent MJ Marfori and ABS-CBN reporter MJ Felipe.
Celine didn't mind giving an interview under the pouring rain.
Marfori shared the experience on her Facebook account and was impressed by the singer.
She wrote, "ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED: MALIGO SA ULAN KASAMA SI CELINE DION!!!!!
"CONSISTENT TRAIT OF A SUPERSTAR: SHE’S SO NICE!! She even made up a song right before chatting with us and wiped the rain off my face and gave a tight hug!
"For the fans, she said, 'Bes, see you at the concert tomorrow!' Thanks for the opportunity Ovation Productions! So excited for #CelineDion Live in Manila laterrr!!

During the interview, Celine said she even came up with a song right before they landed. She sang: "I came ready... Rain or shine, I came ready!"
The singer expressed how excited she is to perform for her Filipino fans.
Celine told the press, "I'm very, very excited. I'm not just talking about me, but I'm talking on behalf of all my people, the musicians, the singers.
"We’re all very, very excited to be here."
She added, "I can't wait to meet them!"
Celine first concert in Manila was supposed to happen in November 2014.
However, the Canadian pop superstar had to postpone the concert to take care of her husband, Rene Angelil.
Celine's husband passed away on January 14, 2016 due to heart attack. Her brother, Daniel Dion, also passed away two days later due to cancer.
