It's Showtime gets international franchise in Indonesia

After airing for 9 years on Philippine television, It's Showtime gets its first international franchise.

Indonesian media company MNCTV will soon launch its own version of the ABS-CBN noontime show.

On March 16, a Facebook video was posted by MNCTV showcasing the opening theme of It's Showtime sung in Bahasa.

Hosted by Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, and Karylle, among others, It's Showtime airs Mondays to Saturday on the Kapamilya Network.

In 2012, GMA-7's Eat Bulaga became the first Philippine noontime show to be franchised in another country.

Eat Bulaga! Indonesia aired from 2012 to 2014 on its original network SCTV. The show was aired on a different Indonesian TV station, antv, from 2014 to 2016.
