Yasmien Kurdi's daytime series, Hiram na Anak, will air its final episode on Friday, May 3, after airing for 10 weeks on GMA-7.

Yasmien Kurdi's daytime series, Hiram na Anak, will end its run this Friday, May 3.

GMA-7's social media accounts have been promoting the last few episodes of the series starting last Monday, April 29.

Last Saturday, April 27, Yasmien posted Instagram stories of her last taping day for Hiram na Anak, where she was seen shooting intense fight scenes.

She also posted a photo with co-actress Lauren Young, who plays the kontrabida in the series.

Yasmien wrote, "Mamimiss kita @lo_young!!! Ang saya mo magkwento hehe... kahit nakakapagod at nakakaantok gumagaan yung work. sana makatrabaho kita uli sa next project [heart emoji] love you!!!"

Child actress Leanne Bautista, who plays Duday in the series, also posted a photo from her last taping day with Yasmien, Dion Ignacio, and director Gil Tejada, Jr.

Hiram na Anak, which also features Paolo Contis, Rita Avila, Vaness del Moral, and Sef Cadayona in the cast, aired its pilot episode on February 25, 2019 on the timeslot before Eat Bulaga!

It will finish its run on its tenth week.

A teleserye usually runs for 13 weeks to complete one season, but GMA-7 daytime shows are usually given only 8 to 10 weeks of airing.

There are speculations that the Kapuso show Alex and Amie will replace Hiram na Anak

Starring Mikael Daez and Max Collins, Alex and Amie is a comedy show featuring an imaginary character.
