It was posted by Michael Vaughn Bico who went on to describe Migs as "bago at fresh na weatherman." and even gave a brief background about him.
According to the brief background provided by the post, Miguel started as a commentator at National Collegiate Athletic Association in the defunct ABS-CBN Sports and Action channel. He also served as a field reporter in Bandila and TV Patrol.
In the comments section of Michael's post, netizens were quick to notice the good looks of Migs.

But do not get too excited because there is no official news yet about Migs joining TV Patrol.
Migs seems clueless about it, based on his tweet on September 30.

Based on his Instagram account, Migs is part of ANC: Conversations, a show on ANC.
He once pinch-hit for Kuya Kim on TV Patrol for the news program's live stream on Facebook.
ABS-CBN has yet to announce who will be replacing Kuya Kim as the resident weatherman of TV Patrol.
It was on September 27 when news broke about Kuya Kim transferring to GMA-7.
He will have a segment on 24 Oras and a show on the Kapuso network.
