Camille Prats and Shaina Magdayao had a short reunion last Monday, March 20. Serena Dalrymple said she misses her former Marinella co-stars and hopes they can have a reunion soon.

Shaina Magdayao, Camille Prats, and Serena Dalrymple have maintained their friendship even if it has already been years since they worked together in a TV show.

The three actresses were the lead stars of the defunct afternoon series Marinella that aired on ABS-CBN from 1999-2001.

Just recently, Shaina had a short reunion with Camille, and the two were able to catch up at the latter's school Divine Angels Montessori in Cainta.

This is also the school where Shaina has been taping scenes for the afternoon series The Better Half.

Coincidentally, Shaina's character in the TV series is also named Camille.

In her Instagram post last Monday, March 20, Shaina expressed her delight upon seeing her former co-star and close friend.

She wrote in the caption, "Awwww At last! Hindi lang tayo hanggang text at nagkita din tayo sa school mo!!! Superr nice to see you BUT bitiiiin ang talkshow Looook, its Teacher Camille with Camille

"OR pwede din namang si MARIE at si RINA pero nasan si ELLA?...  #Marinella

"I missed you and your kwentos and im happy to see you happy, my glowing MimiCams #TheBetterHalf"

In the comments section, Camille also said that she was happy to see Shaina and wished to bond with her again.

Replying to their comments, Serena suggested that they should plan a reunion soon!

Shaina, Camille, and Serena built a beautiful friendship on the set of Marinella as child stars. In the series, they played friends who were being abused by Katrina, played by Rio Locsin.

Prior to Marinella, the three were able to work in the 1998 movie Hiling, where Camille's character had extraordinary powers allowing her to grant a person's wish through her magical touch.

Shaina and Serena later on reunited via the 2003 comedy movie Ang Tanging Ina as siblings.

After the 2010 sequel of Ang Tanging Ina, Serena decided to leave show business and study abroad.

Meanwhile, Camille found her niche as a host and dramatic actress when she transferred to GMA-7 in 2005.

She currently hosts the five-year-old talk show Mars, which is being aired on GMA News TV.

Aside from being co-stars, Shaina is also known as the ex-girlfriend of Camille's brother John, who is now married to Isabel Oli.
