The show will still be directed by Dominic Zapata, who currently helms the primetime show Mulawin vs. Ravena.
The sequel of this controversial primetime series was first announced last April 2017, after it ended on a cliffhanger last February 2017.
It may also be recalled that prior to the airing of the series in September 2016, the series was accused of being a rip-off of the American series Arrow.
However, creative consultant Suzette Doctolero immediately clarified that Alyas Robin Hood is based on the master plot of Robin Hood.
Aside from this project, Dingdong is also currently shooting two movies: Seven Sundays and Sid and Aya (Not A Love Story).
No airing date has been announced yet for Alyas Robin Hood Book Two.
