When Ryza Cenon signed a contract with Viva Artist Agency, some thought that she will soon leave GMA-7's hit afternoon drama series Ika-6 Na Utos. But the Kapuso actress said, "Management lang naman [ang piniramahan ko], pero hindi naman ibig sabihin na sa GMA [aalis na rin]."

Ryza Cenon is not leaving GMA-7's hit afternoon drama series Ika-6 Na Utos.

The 29-year-old actress wants to clarify this since there have been rumors that she will soon exit in the teleserye after signing a managerial contract with Viva Artist Agency.

“Gusto ko ngang linawin 'yon. Kasi, yung mga tao, akala nila aalis na rin ako ng GMA,” Ryza told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) in an interview during the press conference of Ang Mananangggal sa Unit 23B earlier, July 20.

She also stressed that her decision to leave GMA Artist Center, which has been handling her showbiz career since she became the Ultimate Female Survivor in the second season of StarStruck in 2004.

“As in pinag-isipan ko talaga siya.”

Ryza noted, however, that GMA Artist Center offered her to renew her contract.

But she said, “Nag-weigh lang talaga ako.

Despite changing talent management, Ryza says she remains to be a Kapuso.

In a previous interview, the Kapuso actress said she personally requested Viva for her to remain in GMA Network.

As a contract artist of Viva, Ryza set to do two movie under its film production. She will start working on one of these two when schedule with Ika-6 Na Utos has been fixed.

“Hindi pa sila makagalaw kasi I have contract.

MORE FIGHT SCENES. Meanwhile, Ryza promised more first scenes between her character Georgia and Emma, played by Sunshine Dizon, in Ika-6 Na Utos.

In a previous interview, Sunshine revealed that she developed a muscle tear because of intense catfight scenes in the series.

Like Sunshine, Ryza also experienced getting hurt while doing such scenes.

“At the end of the day naman nagso-sorry,” she said.

Most of the time, she said, they just ignore the pain especially if it's nothing serious.

“Tinatawanan na lang namin,” Ryza said.

“Kasi, nakakatawa naman talaga yung iba naming fight scenes, may bagon.

“Yun na lang minsan nakakatanggal [ng sakit].”

Asked if the show will end soon, Ryza replied, “Matagal pa.
