Isabel Granada's mother, Mommy Guapa, and husband Arnel Cowley were both emotional upon seeing the star of the late actress at this year's Walk of Fame event.
The celebrity induction, which was held yesterday, November 21, gave Isabel a posthumous award after she succumbed to brain aneurysm last November 4 (Doha time) in Qatar.
Other celebrities such as Solenn Heussaff, Matteo Guidicelli, Kris Bernal, Atom Araullo, and Empoy, also received their stars at the 12th anniversary of Walk of Fame Philippines.
This project was the brainchild of the late German "Kuya Germs" Moreno.
Others who received their stars posthumously were late directors Eddie Romero and Emmanuel Borlaza, radio broadcaster Joe Taruc, and Filipina comedian Chichay (Amparo Robles Custodio).
Director-scriptwriter Freddie Santos was the lone recipient of a Walk of Fame star for theater.
