GMA-7's modern adaptation of its teleserye Impostora, starring Kris Bernal, aired its last episode on February 9, 2018.
Nimfa (Kris) is bent on saving her family when she met up with her nemesis Rosette (also played by Kris).
The evil Rosette kidnapped Nimfa's baby and husband Homer (Rafael Rosell).
Homer was beaten up by the goons of Rosette and Betty (Sheryl Cruz) after he tried to call his sister Trina (Assunta de Rossi).
After they arrived at Rosette's house, Nimfa felt bad upon seeing her husband's wounded face.
Rosette then plotted to kill Nimfa by making her jump in a river full of piranhas.
Nimfa pleaded to Rosette if she can give her more time to spend with her family. However, Rosette did not allow this to happen.
Homer tried to stop Rosette but to no avail. Rosette just told him to shut up and watch his wife die.
Rosette then turned to Nimfa and asked her to hurry up or she will throw Nimfa's baby onto the river.
As Nimfa was about to jump into the river, policemen arrived at Rosette's rest house and fired gunshots.
Betty grabbed the baby, while Nimfa and Rosette engaged in a physical fight.
Rosette pointed a gun at Nimfa and blurted out her favorite expression: "Leave me, alone!"
Before Rosette could fire the gun, Nimfa pushed her into the pool, and Rosette was eaten by piranhas.
Nimfa and Homer were finally reunited with their real baby.
At the end of the episode, Nimfa looked back on her journey before she had plastic surgery, and realized that love and kindness are better than having a beautiful face.
The family then celebrated the birthday of their baby Alexa.
