Mark Anthony's inclusion in FPJ's Ang Probinsyano serves as his television comeback after he was arrested in October 2016.
It was in December 2017 when Mark Anthony got out of jail.
In January 25, Mark Anthony signed a management contract with VIVA Artists Agency.
His appearance in FPJ's Ang Probinsyano also serves as his comeback to ABS-CBN after 12 years.
His last TV show with ABS-CBN was Super Inggo in 2006, where he played the father of Kathryn Bernardo.
Meanwhile, his last TV series was the GMA-7 afternoon drama Wish I May.
Last week, the Coco Martin-starrer introduced four new characters who will be part of the show's new book.
They were returning Kapamilya Edu Manzano, Alice Dixson, Rowell Santiago, and Dawn Zulueta.
