Coco Martin himself confirmed that FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano is not ending anytime soon on ABS-CBN.
This is what Coco revealed during the July 5 launch of his second TV commercial as the brand endorser of Sarsaya of Ajinomoto at the Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Quezon City.
When asked if Ang Probinsyano will be ending by February 2019, Coco answered:
Does Coco look at the ratings of his show?
"Definitely, kasi yun yung nagpapasigla sa amin every day.
Last July 4, Kane Errol Choa, the head of ABS-CBN's Integrated Corporate Communications, released a statement debunking rumors that Coco's show will end soon:
"There is no truth to the rumor that FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano is scheduled to end soon. Coco Martin and the show’s writers are enjoying the process of coming up with creative ideas to make the story more compelling, as well as collaborating with the cast and the production team.
"FPJAP continues to enjoy high viewership every night, and our Kapamilyas can expect new twists and characters as it goes into its third year."
Is it true that Coco will do Batang Quiapo as his next teleserye?
Will he be appearing as a guest on Eat Bulaga in order to promote his upcoming Metro Manila Film Fest entry?
Coco and Vic Sotto are top-billing the MMFF 2018 entry titled Popoy En Jack: The Puliscredibles.
The ABS-CBN actor said about the possibility of guesting in Eat Bulaga: "Sana. Nag-guest na ako dati doon."
Coco then recalled his days when he was still part of GMA-7.
Kumbaga, walang problema."
Before he became a Kapamilya talent, Coco was part of the all-male group The Studs, which was launched in 2008.
If he appears as a guest in Eat Bulaga, isn't he afraid that he and Vice Ganda might have another tampuhan?
"Hindi naman siguro. Saka wala pang kasiguraduhan yun.
