After 16 years of doing regular TV shows for GMA-7, Keempee de Leon is back with ABS-CBN.
He will be a part of the upcoming drama series titled Nang Ngumiti Ang Langit.

A story conference was held last Friday, October 5, as posted by RSB Drama Unit.
RSB Drama Unit is the business unit helmed by Ruel S. Bayani. They produced the teleseryes Wildflower and Precious Hearts Romances: Araw Gabi, among others.
Nang Ngumiti Ang Langit will be top-billed by Cristine Reyes, RK Bagatsing, Enzo Pineda, and child actress Sophia Reola.

Veteran actors Pilar Pilapil, Ces Quesada, and Dante Rivero are also part of the project.
Matet de Leon, Hyubs Azarcon, child actor Miguel Vergara, and indie film actor Vance Larena are also cast in the show.

Nang Ngumiti Ang Langit is Keempee's comeback with ABS-CBN after 16 years of being with GMA-7.
His last regular project for the Kapamilya network was the 2002 comedy gag show Klasmeyts.
Back then, Keempee appeared in some episodes of Maalaala Mo Kaya, but his regular shows, including teleseryes, were with the Kapuso network.
In 2016, Keempee was removed from the roster of hosts in the noontime show Eat Bulaga!
His last regular teleserye with GMA-7 was the 2017 prime-time series Meant To Be, while his last guest appearance was in the recently-concluded series Inday Will Always Love You.
The show will be directed by FM Reyes.
