John Estrada gets his second teleserye with GMA-7 after leaving ABS-CBN in February 2018.
He is part of the cast of the upcoming Kapuso drama series, Dalawang Mukha ni GuadaLupe.
The story conference of the show was held yesterday, November 6.
Currently, John is still part of the prime-time series Victor Magtanggol, top-billed by Alden Richards.
In the fantasy series, John plays the villain Loki.
The lead stars of Dalawang Mukha Ni GuadaLupe are Barbie Forteza and Mika dela Cruz.
Barbie recently finished the rom-com series Inday Will Always Love You, while Mika currently plays a supporting role in Pamilya Roces.
Dalawang Mukha Ni GuadaLupe serves as Mika's first lead role in a GMA series after transferring from ABS-CBN in 2016.
Also part of the upcoming prime-time series are Carmina Villarroel, Glydel Mercado, Alicia Alonzo, and Mike Tan.
Dalawang Mukha Ni GuadaLupe marks the first time that Barbie will be paired with her real-life boyfriend, Jak Roberto.
Jak was one of Barbie's leading men in the 2017 prime-time series Meant To Be.
However, Barbie's character ended up with Kapuso actor Ken Chan.
Through this series, Barbie and Jak's real-life romance bloomed.
On Barbie's Instagram post yesterday, November 7, Barbie dedicated a message to Jak.
She wrote, "Psst, @jakroberto hi pogi! Work tayo noh?"
In an interview with GMANetwork.com published on November 5, Barbie expressed her excitement over the chance to work again with Jak.
"Happy ako kasi dahil finally hindi na lang kami off-cam magkikita. Halos araw-araw na kami magkikita at yung mga pinag-uusapan namin sa taping, parehas na naming mararanasan at the same time.
"So masaya ako and I'm very excited for the project."
According to Barbie, taping for Dalawang Mukha ni GuadaLupe will commence this November.
An airing date for the show has yet to be announced.
