Willie Revillame thanks his supporters and fans whom he calls ‘kapamilya' while his Wowowee co-hosts smile and look on. The TV host returned to the ABS-CBN show last Monday, September 21, after conducting a series of shows abroad.

Fans and supporters of ABS-CBN's noontime show, Wowowee were overwhelmed as they welcomed back TV host Willie Revillame after more than a month of rest. His comeback received a 32.3 percent rating against its competition, Eat Bulaga, which garnered 20.2 percent based on the TNS National Ratings. According to AGB Nielsen, Wowowee reached 22.1 percent based on data gathered from Mega Manila households.

Before the show started, the excitement to have "Kuya Wil" back in the program was evident on the faces of his supporters, staff, crew, and his female co-hosts. Some of his well-known and close friends, Ben Chan, Dr. Vicki Belo and Crystalle Belo Henares were also present to welcome him back.

The program started on a loud and high note with a grand production number ala Mardi Gras style with the dancers wearing colorful costumes while dancing to the lively beat. The studio audience went wild upon Willie's entrance and sang along with him some of the hit songs such as "Boom Tarat Tarat," "Rock n' Rollin" and "Giling Giling."

In the middle of the program, Willie got emotional and almost cried when he thanked the people who helped him during the time he rested. He promised the people, "Tuloy ang pag-asa at makakasama nyo na ako muli mula Lunes hanggang kamatayan!"

Wowowee airs from Monday to Saturday noontime on the Kapamilya channel, ABS-CBN.
