X-Life is Q Channel 11's newest lifestyle magazine show that's all about living a healthy, fit and active lifestyle. The program, hosted by Survivor Philippines: Palau winner and actor, JC Tiuseco, and TV personalities Steph Henares and Gino dela Pena, will have viewers experiencing extreme, exciting and extraordinary activities week after week.
For its pilot episode, X-Life is featuring one of the most exotic summer destination in the Philippines: Ilocos.
Want a different way to tour the north? Try biking! Gino and JC hop on a couple of mountain bikes to get a view of Ilocos' hidden treasures.
Afterwards, Gino, Steph, and JC experience all-surface surfing. The trio go on a true surfing safari by conquering boards on the sea AND sand! Surfing on water, paddle boarding, and sand surfing--the trifecta of boardsports all in Ilocos.
And then it's time for some healthy Ilocano food. Bagnet, empanada, and longganisa may be Ilocos' most famous food delights, but they're definitely less than healthy. Gino and Steph head over to Kapuluan Resort to discover other genuine Ilocano dishes that aren' t just yummy, they' re good for the body too.
