Despite heavy rains and howling winds ushered in by Typhoon Juan, the Aliw Awards Foundation Inc. held its 23rd Annual Aliw Awards on October 18, 2010 at the Manila Hotel's Fiesta Pavilion.
The program, honoring the best in Philippine live entertainment, began at around 7 p.m. and ended well past midnight.
