The Philippines' National Ambassador Against Hunger, KC Concepcion, recently visited Uganda's sub-regions to personally carry out a field mission.
The five-day visit exposed KC to the plight of the people living in Karamoja, Karimojong, and Kapchorwa as she participated in the activities of the World Food Programme to address the problems of hunger and food shortage.
