Last Thursday, January 27, 2011, Anne was launched as the new face of the SMDC (SM Development Corporation) Residences at the SMDC Grand Showroom in Pasay City.
Aside from Anne's launching, the event was also the inauguration of the venue and announcement of the company's film production venture with Viva Films via the movie Who's That Girl.
Viva Films Executive Vice President Vincent del Rosario said the tie-up was the idea of the realty company's vice president and CEO Henry Sy Jr. and Viva Films president Vic del Rosario. "The idea was to marry showbiz with condominium development. Magkaroon ng pizzazz yung realty business."
