Rocco Nacino celebrated his 26th birthday with the kids of Cancer Warriors Foundation last Saturday, March 23 at McDonald's Rockwell, Makati. Spending his birthday with different charitable institutions has been a yearly practice for Rocco. The Kapuso actor chose the Foundation this year because his mother is a cancer survivor.
