For their 40th anniversary, the Philippine Association of Professional Regulatory Board Members (PAPRB) headed by Dr. Vivian Sarabia, Dr. Bernadette Reyes, and Dr. Steve Mark Gan organized an employee talent competition titled PRC's Got Talent. The event was inspired by Pilipinas Got Talent of ABS-CBN.
The talent competition was well-attended by celebrities who also served as judges. Celebrities who graced the event include Allan K, Pia Guanio, Dingdong Avanzado, Gretchen Barretto, Albert Martinez, Markki Stroem, Erik Santos, Anna Roces, Bugoy Drilon, Rufa Mae Quinto, Angeline Quinto, Erich Gonzales, Cristine Reyes and Hazel Faith Dela Cruz.
