The six-day old baby of James Yap and Kris Aquino is certainly in a better condition now. He is currently confined at the Makati Medical Center; so is his mother.
According to the latest media bulletin announced by Dr. Arnel Nuguid, the attending pediatrician, "nabawasan na ang infections" ni baby James on his fifth day of antibiotics treatment.
In addition, the platelet count of James Jr. has also increased. Thanks to the breastmilk he gets from his mom every four hours.
As for the TV host-actress, the blood clot in her left lung is healing fast. Her OB-Gyne, Dr. Grace de Luna, announced yesterday, April 24, 2007: "Nakakapaglakad na si Kris."
When it comes to her diet, the TV host-actress has reportedly developed a fondness for the lemon-flavored jello served in the hospital.
If her health continues to improve, Kris can be released from the hospital soon. Baby James, on the other hand, will have to complete his 10-day antibiotics treatment.
