May paglilinaw si Jush Anduwitt ng GMA Pinoy TV sa akusasyon ni Cora Pastrana na walang permiso ang paglabas sa Showbiz Central ng report at wedding photos nila ni Raymond Bagatsing noong December 2008.
Sinabi ni Cora sa interview ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) na hindi niya alam na kinopya ni Josh sa laptop nito ang DVD ng wedding pictures nila ni Raymond kaya nagulat siya nang lumabas ang balita sa Sunday showbiz-oriented talk show ng GMA-7. (CLICK HERE to read related story.)
Si Jush ang nagpadala sa Showbiz Central ng exclusive report tungkol sa pagpapakasal ni Raymond sa US-based entertainment columnist.
Ayon kay Jush, ang exchange of emails nila ni Cora ang makapagpapatunay na may pahintulot ang paglabas ng mga litrato at impormasyon.
Diumano, si Cora ang nagbigay sa kanya ng kumpletong detalye tungkol sa naganap na kasalan, mga pangalan ng mga bisita at profiles nila ni Raymond.
Ipinadala ni Jush sa PEP ang mga kopya ng palitan nila ng e-mails ni Cora.
Ikinuwento ni Jush na nagkita sila ni Cora sa dinner para kay former Press Secretary Jesus Durez sa Max's Restaurant sa Glendale, California noong November 25, 2008.
"She even told Vic Magsaysay who took the wedding pictures, to show me the pictures. Vic showed me the DVD which contained the pictures taken at Cora's wedding," kuwento ni Jush.
"I told Cora that this will be a good exclusive story for GMA-7's Showbiz Central. At first, Cora said that ABS-CBN might feel slighted if GMA would have the story first before ABS-CBN since she has affiliations with them.
"I told Cora that GMA will handle the story carefully and she agreed. She asked if I was able to open the file of pictures. I said I did and I told her I will copy them.
"She advised [me] to use only those pictures where she looked good. I told her that I needed details on what took place and a background on her and Raymond. We agreed to speak on the phone soonest.
"On Thursday morning, November 27, 2008, Cora and I spoke on the phone.
"She gave details about the wedding, she also gave specific names of the principal sponsors and even spelled them," salaysay ni Jush.
DETAILS. The details included the venue of the wedding, Sheraton Gateway Hotel Los Angeles at Salon 104 on Friday, November 21, 2008 at 5:30 p.m. (before sunset), as well as the personalities involved in the ceremony.
The wedding was officiated by Judge Malcolm Mackey of the Superior Court of Los Angeles and witnessed by friends who are alumni of Assumption College. The principal sponsors included President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo; Oscar Orbos, former Transportation and Communication Secretary, former Governor and Congressman of Pangasinan, and former host of GMA's Debate; Pricilla Hunt (mother-in-law of Hilda Koronel); and Roman Mosqueda.
