But the party mounted by her Tita Joni Lyn Castillo happened at the Club Balai Isabel in Talisay, Batangas, yesterday, December 3.
It was a birthday surprise for the teen actress.
In a Facebook message sent to Rommel Llanes, associate editor of PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), earlier today, her talent manager Ogie Diaz related, "Ayaw talaga ni Liza, kaya nag-speech ang Tita Joni niya na lagi niyang kasama sa mga showbiz commitments niya na, 'Alam kong ayaw mong mag-celebrate ng debut dahil nai-stress ka, e. Wala kang magagawa dahil marami kaming nagmamahal sa iyo na gumawa ng paraan para maging memorable ang 18th birthday mo!'"
