Vic Sotto hopes to get a spot in this year's Metro Manila Film Festival by doing the 10th sequel of Enteng Kabisote.
Based on the Facebook Live feed of Bianca Rose Dabu of GMA News, the story conference of Enteng Kabisote and the Abangers was held on August 10.
Vic explained how he was convinced to revive his popular movie serial, which was last shown in MMFF 2012.
“Sabi ko, kapag gagawin ulit natin 'yong Enteng, kailangan iba, bago,” he said.
He also reiterated, “I can assure you na ito ay bago.
“Kaya nga I'm very excited to work with the new members of Enteng Kabisote.
Stars from previous Enteng movies included in this year's cast are Vic's son Oyo Sotto, Epy Quizon, Jose Manalo, and Wally Bayola.
New members of the Enteng Kabisote family are Ryza Cenon, Bea Binene, Ken Chan, Cacai Bautista, Atak, and Alonzo Muhlach.
Enteng Kabisote and the Abangers will be directed by Tony Y. Reyes and Marlon Rivera.
