It’s confirmed! American country music singer Bryan White is coming to Manila on December 1.
Bryan made the announcement earlier today, September 28, through his official Twitter account.
Last week, Bryan teased about his upcoming visit in the Philippines through his Twitter account. The singer uploaded his photo holding a fan sign with the hashtags #GGMY and #ALDUBYOUALL.
Bryan’s song “God Gave Me You” has been going viral after Eat Bulaga used it as the theme song of their Kalye-serye led by Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza. Brian also thanked Maine and Alden for allowing his song to be part of their phenomenal AlDub loveteam.
Before making the final announcement, Bryan released a video thanking his Filipino fans for supporting the song 16 years after it was released in 1999.
The Grammy award-winning singer uploaded his video on his official Facebook page last September 19.
Bryan said, “I just wanna say a great big thank you to all of my Filipino fans and Asian fans out there.
“Man, I’m so excited about all that’s been happening about 'God Gave Me You.'
“I released the song in 1999 and it was a hit for me in the States.
“And it’s crazy, you know, 15… how many years later, it’s become a really big success in your country and I can’t thank you enough for the support and just for you guys loving the song so much.
“I love the song so much, I love the song still to this day, I love it.
“And I just can’t believe how music travels and you just never know, where’s it’s gonna end up and what’s gonna happen with it.
“So, I just wanna say a great big thank you to you guys.”
