Shaina Magdayao is still a Kapamilya.
The 31-year-old actress declared this in an Instagram post on July 10, 2021, the first anniversary of the ABS-CBN shutdown.
Shaina was one of the ABS-CBN artists who thanked the supporters who stood by the Kapamilya network even after losing its free TV, radio, and regional channels.
She wrote in her caption (published as is), "Isang taon na ang nakalipas…… Andito pa rin ang ating pamilya dahil sa pagmamahal natin sa isa’t isa."
The 31-year-old actress added that she will remain a cast member of FPJ's Ang Probinsyano.
This dispels the rumors claiming that she is bound to leave ABS-CBN soon.

Over the past few weeks, there were rumors and blind items saying that a Kapamilya actress is set to sign with GMA-7, following the transfer of Kapamilya artists, such as Bea Alonzo, Richard Yap, and Pokwang.
The said Kapamilya actress is said to be just finishing her current teleserye before she signs up with the Kapuso network.
Shaina's name came out as the actress being identified in the blind item.
In June 2019, there was also a rumor claiming Shaina's transfer to GMA-7, but two months later, she revealed renewing her contract with ABS-CBN.
She has been a Kapamilya for 24 years.
Starting her career with GMA-7 in 1996, she transferred to ABS-CBN in 1997.
