Conan Stevens plays the character Gregor “The Mountain” Clegane on the hit Hollywood TV series GoT.

At Toycon 2016 held at the SMX Convention Center last week, PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) asked the Kapuso actor for the purpose of Stevens’ visit to Encantadia.

Rocco seemed reluctant at first and just smiled.

“He was on the set, you saw the picture tingnan natin… maybe, maybe not,” he said vaguely.

The actor was referring to the Instagram post, which showed him with the GOT actor and Encantadia director, Direk Mark Reyes.

“I think they know. I think they’re expecting,” he added, seemingly suggesting that fans are hoping to see Stevens guest on GMA-7’s upcoming fantasy-series.

“Let’s see what happens, if the deal goes well. Fingers crossed,” said the actor who is slated to portray Aquil (originally portrayed by Alfred Vargas).

“It’s a huge bridge na iko-cross namin. Sana makuha rin namin ang suporta…” he trailed off.

Furthermore, Rocco said that he exchanged ideas with Stevens on how to execute fight scenes while wearing a costume.

“We were able to exchange our experiences, like I was wearing my armor, how is it fighting with this.”

He then went on to relate how Stevens would effectively execute fight scenes while wearing battle costumes.

While Stevens towers at 7-feet tall, Rocco described the Australian actor as kind.

“He was really open. Napakagaling na tao. He looks scary, pero napakabait niya, very warm, very accomodating when it comes to questions.

“Andun siya sa standby area, nakikipag-usap siya sa amin. He’s really a nice guy.”
