Dawn Zulueta's first-born, Jacobo Anton, seven months old in this photo, is the reason why Dawn is glowing these days. "Totoo pala 'yong sabi nila na 'pag sa baby mo, tanggal lahat ng pagod," she smiles. ""Nakakalimutan ko talaga ang pagod ko sa kanya. Nama-migraine ako sa antok, pero 'pag gusto niyang maglaro, wala, bahala na ang itsura natin bukas."
Jacobo is precious not only because he's panganay and unico hijo right now, but more so because his parents had him only after seven long years of marriage.
Husband Anton Lagdameo claims that Jacobo takes after him. Dawn makes the same claim fo herself. "Ako 'yan, di ba?" Dawn asks us. "Sabi ni Anton, siya daw ang kamukha." But Dawn concedes: "Well, pag nakangiti, Anton."
Born two months premature, Jacobo had to spend a few weeks in the Makati Medical Center's Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Now this fourth-generation Floirendo (Anton's mother is a Floirendo) is a healthy and vibrant kid who sports his dad's sunny disposition and his mom's attentiveness.
(Jacobo turned 1 last October 15. Get the exclusive coverage of his birthday party only in the December issue of YES! magazine.)
