In Dublin, Ireland, Ogie Alcasid and Vina Morales dropped by the Oliver St. John Gogarty Pub, named after an Irish physician who was also a poet, a contemporary of James Joyce and William Butler Yeats.

One of the perks of being a world-class Pinoy performer is that you get to go around the world for free—and you even get to bring home the dough. Singer-songwriter Ogie Alcasid is one such world-class talent.

Last year Ogie was in Europe with Vina Morales. The duo did three shows and spent three weeks touring Barcelona and Malaga in Spain, Dublin in Ireland, and London in Great Britain.

Ogie went back to Europe in February 2006, this time with Manilyn Reynes. The two of them, again with Tina Paner, performed in Barcelona, Spain, and in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
