Seb is the one in blue; San is in red. "She's a worrier," Marvin says of his kids' mom. "Konting madapa, natataranta. (YES!

Showbiz's newest set of twins—Santiago and Sebastian, a.k.a San and Seb, born to actor Marvin Agustin and pre-school owner and teacher Tetet Dy—turned one year old on August 15, 2006. The U.S.-born fraternal twins were given a belated costume-party treat four days later, on August 19, at the clubhouse of Acropolis Village in Libis, Quezon City.

At press time, the twins were already walking but still speaking gibberish. But one recognizable word they can utter is Dada, for Daddy, which often comes out of the babes' mouths when Marvin is not paying attention.

"Kagaya noong isang araw," Marvin tells YES! in a recent interview.

And guess how the 27-year-old father got sore eyes?

"Paano, halos araw-araw kaming nagsu-swimming," he says. "Gustong-gusto nila sa tubig, e. Tuwang-tuwa sila pag lulubog ako, 'tapos lilitaw para gulatin sila. Ayun, kakagano'n, sumakit mata ko. Pero siyempre, okey lang."

One of these days, Marvin is moving out of his condominium unit in Mandaluyong to transfer to a house he will rent temporarily, until he finds an ideal piece of real estate where he will build a new house.

"Pag nasa condo sila, walang maikutan," says Marvin. So, in the meantime, papa-rent-out ko 'yong condo ko, 'tapos, magre-rent ako ng bahay—'yong may lawn—hanggang mapagawa ko 'yong bahay.

By mutual agreement, Marvin and Tetet have both decided to just be friends to each other but parents to the twins.
