Makisig Morales brings cheers to Kapamilya fans in the U.S.

Makisig Morales is not only a singer but a good child actor as well. He is known for playing superhero roles in fantaseryes like Super Inggo and Pedro Penduko at ang mga Enkantao.


At an early age, Makisig Morales has already achieved what other kids like him want—to become a singer. His singing talent was first seen in the reality show Little Big Star, where he was later dubbed as the Prince of Heart. Luck was on him when ABS-CBN offered him the role of Budong in Super Inggo, while still competing for the said talent-search show. The said fantaserye has became his debut in TV as a child actor.

Makisig could be considered as one of the busiest child stars in showbiz today. Aside from playing the role of Moy in Pedro Penduko at ang mga Enkantao, this 10-year-old boy is also busy jamming with his band mates in Mak and the Dudes and taping for the next season of Super Inggo.

Although it was tiring for a kid like him, the playful Mak—nickname of Makisig—still got excited with his much-awaited concert series cum vacation last July in America. The trip gave him the chance to entertain the Kapamilya fans in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Washington D.C., and also do some sightseeing.

Uldarico Morales, or Daddy Mak, recalled his experience with son Makisig in the U.S., "Bakasyon talaga yun para sa amin. Halos isang beses sa isang linggo lang ang show ni Makisig tapos puro pasyal na at pahinga."
