Robin Padilla went to India last July 17 to August 9, on invitation of the R.R. Foundation, a subsidiary of the Raza Group, a big company in India involved in different service-oriented and jewelry businesses. He was invited to speak in the Foundation Day celebration of the Noble School-Alipur, one of the Raza Group's many businesses.
Robin also took the time to study more about India particularly the ancient Indian martial art called Kalari Payat. He also took yoga lessons from one of India's most-respected masters Guru Krishnan.
