Charlene Gonzalez's defunct Sunday magazine show, ABS-CBN's "At Home Ka Dito," went on a one-week Thailand adventure last September 2004.
On the Bangkok leg of the tour—aired on September 19—Charlene was asked to sample spicy Thai street food and exotic fruits, among others. She also met up with her old friend, former Miss Thailand Areeya Chumsai, her roommate in the 1994 Miss Universe pageant, which was held in Manila. Charlene and her staff then traveled to Pattaya City, some 170 kilometers southeast of Bangkok. The Pattaya episode was aired on September 26, 2004.
