It could have been the biggest slump in Fanny’s beauty and fashion career. After years of attending to clients in his home salon on Annapolis Street in Greenhills, he was being “evicted” from the village. He explains: “Ang istorya nito, the homeowners association, para bang ayaw nila ako dun at maging business place ang lugar na yun."

So Fanny’s exodus began. All he knew was that he wanted to be in the Quezon City area. But after a month of fruitless searching, he was ready to give up. And then he found it: an old forsaken house vintage ’60s that had been reduced into a warehouse of construction materials. Fanny recalls: “Pagpasok na pagpasok ko pa lang na-visualize ko na agad ang parlor!”

Three months later, the salon emerged, proving that Fanny had a fantastic eye.
