Wife, mother, businesswoman, social media influencer, host, traveler—these are just among the many roles that Maggie Wilson plays in real life.
The former beauty queen laughs when she is asked about her beauty regimen at the media launch of her new travel show Thank God It's The Weekend on CNN Philippines.
"My beauty regimen? Gosh, I just came from my dermatologist this morning," she confesses.
She says that her daily beauty regimen is "really simple."
"I visit my dermatologist twice a month or once every two weeks. And when I’m home, I make sure that I take all my make-up off.
"And you know, normal toner, moisturizer. Yun lang, that’s pretty simple lang."
MAGGIE WILSON'S SECRET TO STAYING SEXY
In 2007, Maggie was crowned Binibining Pilipinas-World. Twelve years have passed, and she is now married to Victor Consunji. Their son Connor is seven years old.
But with her gorgeous looks and sexy figure, Maggie could still hold her own in any beauty contest.
How does she maintain her sexy figure?
"Honestly, I eat well," she says.
"I’m sure naririnig niyo na ang intermittent fasting. So yun ang ginagawa ko. Nagpa-fast ako ng 18 hours and then, kumakain ako ng 6 hours.
"At yung sa 6 hours na yun, lahat ng gusto ko, kinakain ko. And honestly for me, nagwu-work siya."
MAGGIE ON PLANS OF HAVING BABY NUMBER TWO
For now, she has no plans to have a second child.
She admits that she still carries the trauma from her first pregnancy with son Connor.
"Wala pang plano kasi, honestly, yung first pregnancy ko, sobrang hirap ako. As in, I was sick the whole pregnancy.
"Medyo traumatizing yung first pregnancy ko. Nagkaroon pa ko ng postpartum depression. So for me, hindi ako nagmamadali to have a second one.
"I’m very happy with Connor already and, to be honest, happy na ako with one."
Does her husband Victor agree with her decision to have just one child?
"Well, he wants one more. I don’t know... we’ll see. But for now, we’re good with just one."
