TV and radio broadcaster Christine Bersola-Babao, better known as Tintin, likes collecting and archiving memories. Her house in Quezon City is a beautiful stockpile of keepsakes, which include boxes of daughter Antonia's photo albums, and even Tintin's well-preserved wedding bouquet and gown.

In 2004, Tintin the pack rat turned her penchant for archiving into a business venture close to her heart. She partnered with Elizabeth Lavarias-Delemos to create Precious Memories. The company, which specializes in preserving bridal bouquets and gowns, artistically frames and protects wedding memorabilia, using modern preservation techniques, so that the memorabilia can be treasured forever.

"Si Beth talaga 'yong artistic side," Tintin says. "She's doing all the preservations, while I'm the face behind it. I'm the media side. PR girl ako. What I do is that I go to bridal fairs and help with the promotions."

Tintin met Beth when she was looking for a preservation specialist. The preservation services offered by every company that Tintin had gone to was too expensive, Tintin says: "Naghanap ako ng chemical, 'yong desiccant, and Beth knows a lot about it. Then finally nag-partner kami, kasi mayroon din pala siyang artistic side." Pointing to her memorabilia, Tintin adds: "Siya lahat ang gumagawa nito."
