With her childlike personality, the accident-prone teen has often been referred to as “baby” by her co-stars and co-hosts in Eat Bulaga where she is a mainstay.
So when this “baby” turned 18 on November 10, 2006 family, friends, and colleagues turned up in droves to celebrate her special day at the President’s Hall of the NGA Clubhouse in North Greenhills, San Juan.
Looking beautiful in her baby-pink gown created by Jontie Martinez, and with her face and hair done by Jeff Robles, the debutante—surrounded by her loved ones and a special someone—laughed, cried, and reveled in her blossoming.
“Actually, everything was last-minute! I wasn’t supposed to have a debut naman kasi. But then, everyone was telling me, ‘It happens once in your life lang, you can never go back, blah blah.’ So I said okay, okaaaay. But I was very happy that night. I didn’t expect it to turn out that way. I mean it was nothing extravagant, but I had the time of my life!”
