The Star Cinema films You Changed My Life and Ang Tanging Ina N'yong Lahat led the Top 10 films of Robinsons Movieworld for the first quarter of 2009.

For the first quarter of 2009, three films produced by Star Cinema landed on the Top 10 list, according to information provided by Robinsons Movieworld. Other film outfits—GMA Films, Viva Films and Regal Entertainment—were able to enter the top list with two entries each. Octo Arts was also represented with its Metro Manila Filmfest entry Iskul Bukol.

The love team of John Lloyd Cruz and Sarah Geronimo reigned supreme over the box-office with their second movie together. You Changed My Life is the sequel to the film A Very Special Love, which was hailed as the blockbuster of 2008. In the follow-up film directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina, Migs and Laida are already a couple and adding spice to the love story is Rayver Cruz's character.
