On Tuesday, October 12, former First Lady and Ilocos Norte Rep. Imelda Marcos graced fashion brand Freeway's tribute to National Artist for Fashion Ramon Valera, held at Glorietta 5, Makati City.
The late Valera considered Imelda one of her best patrons, so the people behind Freeway thought she is the perfect special guest for the occasion.
