Ang gusto po nila, four-million cash," says Richard Gutierrez (main photo) about the lawsuit filed by Lorayne Pardo (inset), the widow of the actor's personal assistant who died in a car accident.

Last July 23, Lorayne Pardo filed charges of Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Homicide against Richard Gutierrez following the death of her husband Nomar Pardo, who had served as the actor's personal assistant. Yesterday, July 24, Lorayne spoke to the press for the first time to explain her decision to sue Richard. (Click here to read related story.)

In an interview with Startalk earlier this afternoon, July 25, Richard said he felt saddened by the turn of events.

The actor said that he, too, had been hurt by what happened since he lost a friend.

So, nalulungkot din ako.

Richard was referring to Lorayne's assertion that she did not receive any help from the actor.

The 25-year-old actor dismissed this immediately.

With all these plans for Nomar's kids, why did Lorayne say that she had not been able get help from him?

Instead of elaborating on the "four-million cash," Richard talked about how he had been helping his PA, even before his death, by secretly providing for the education of his eldest child which, if his mother Annabelle Rama had known about it, would have made her mad.
