Sixteen hunks vie for Mister International Philippines 2009 title

One of the country's most respected male pageants, Mister International Philippines 2009, will be staged today, October 14, 8:00 p.m. at the A-Venue Mall, #7829 Makati Avenue, Makati City.

Sixteen official finalists will compete for a chance to represent the Philippines in the Mister International 2009, which will be held in Taichung, Taiwan this coming December.

According to Mister International Philippines President, Mike Lim, this year's pageant will feature some of the country's top men's wear designers: Jeffrey Rogador, Jerome Lorico, Ricky Abad and Barge Ramos.

The Mister International Philippines 2009 title-holder this year will receive 50,000 pesos in cash and a round trip ticket to Taiwan, the first runner up will bring home 20,000 pesos, while the second runner up will get 10,000 pesos.

This event is presented by The Peacock Garden Luxury Resort and Spa, and brought to you by 360 Three Sixty Restaurant and Bar, Freego Jeans, UNO Pizzeria, Philosophy Men, Graffi Tee, and the Manila Bulletin.


Tickets are available at P1,000 for center seats and P500 for side seats. Proceeds of the pageant will be donated to the Philippine National Red Cross, Makati City Branch.
