"I think now the provincial government and the mayor will see that this is a person [who] has abused her power, and abused the trust of the press with her tears and her lies," says Illac Diaz about Laguna board member and actress Angelica Jones (inset).

(CLICK HERE to read related story.)

"There was never a doubt, e," sabi ni Illac sa panayam sa kanya ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal).

"I think now the provincial government and the mayor will see that this is a person [who] has abused her power, and abused the trust of the press with her tears and her lies.

"The best thing there, it will be proven by court that we were innocent.

"We only went to San Pablo to be able to donate, that we were there as donors."

Dagdag pa ng founder ng My Shelter Foundation, "Magkakaroon ng resolution ang grave oral defamation in the next month. Pero yung malversation of funds nai-file na namin.

"Once a court proved na she lied to all the media, to all the press sa grave oral defamation, we will now counter-file.

"Kasi it was seen on air, and at the same time she really damaged our image to come up a story na she misused the funds that we gave her to build school for children."

Kinausap namin yung mayor, at talagang nakikita nilang may anomalya.

"Malaki ang malversation of funds na ginawa niya, and we can prove it and we're willing to go to court."

BOTTLE SCHOOL PROJECT.

"The foundation is to build and create schools. It's just unfortunate na nagiging showbiz battle and legal battle dahil sa anomaly ng isang tao.

"We feel very disappointed na a world-class project would be tarnished. Isang bagay na makakatulong sa napakaraming mga tao, had to be tarnished because of ill-intent.

"We're fighting, but at the same time the school will go on, and we build it in other areas na lang," seryoso niyang pahayag.

PERSONAL LIFE.

"When you're publicly shamed by somebody and the media buys it, ang media rolls it into a big snowball, it affects everybody.

"It affects your sponsors, it affects your quality of life.

"But you know, you can never put a good man down.

"Julia moved on as I said to her new boyfriend, which she's happy with her career.

"She has many concerns that not need to have more pressure. So, I understand," malungkot niyang sabi sa PEP.
