Iglot kid Milkcah Wynne Nacion reveals her secret to crying easily

Milkcah Wynne Nacion, the newest kid wonder on primetime block, wants to meet Jillian Ward, and become a successful actress like Marian Rivera. The six-year-old Iglot star considers both ladies her "idols."

It didn't seem like Milkcah Wynne Nacion's first-ever press conference.

Surrounded by entertainment columnists and editors, the child wonder of Iglot responded to the questions like a pro.

"Ginagaya mo raw si Jillian Ward?" the press people teased her.

She quickly threw in, "Siyempre po, idol ko po..."

Then, she went on relating how one phone call changed the life of a Grade 1 pupil studying in Pasong Tamo Elementary School, Quezon City.

"Ano po, may tumawag po sa 'min. 'Tapos, nag-audition po ako..." the six-year-old showbiz newbie began.

The next thing she knew, Milkcah was already attending the workshops of Beverly Salviejo.

She added, "Alam ko na po kasi, five years old [na umarte]."

Two of her remarkable talents according to her co-stars are singing and acting.

She obliged when asked to give a sample by rendering the acapella version of "Ben." (CLICK HERE to view video)

With regard to her dramatic skill, she beamed, "Kaya po mabilis ako umiyak kasi palagi po akong nagtatanong kung iyak ba 'to o hindi."

Just like Judy Ann Santos, crying is effortless for the kid who bags the role of Luningning, the missing daughter of Claudine Barretto and Marvin Agustin.

Her technique: "Minsan po, iniisip ko po, wala po akong kasama 'tapos si mama umalis."

And oftentimes her scenes get completed in just one take, she says, "pero minsan po, nagagabi po kami kasi po, marami po akong ano...napa-pack up po kami."

Milkcah is the daughter of Joey Nacion, a seaman, and Mary Joy, a housewife.

Not quite sure about what she really wants to be when she grows up, she settled for the common answer of most Little Miss Philippines candidates, "Maging doktor."

For now, she will work hard to help finance her studies. "Iniipon ko po para sa pag-aaral 'tapos po yung iba po, ibibigay ko sa mama ko at papa ko," she said.

Doesn't she feel nervous?

"Hindi po ako kinakabahan."

Doesn't she get tired during her tapings?

"Hindi naman po," she initially replied, before adding, "Minsan po kasi, pagod po ako."

Doesn't she feel scared whenever she has a scene with Celia Rodriguez?

Her response: "Hindi naman po sa ganun. Mabait naman po siya pagkatapos ng take."

But she warned the press that she will really look like "natatakot" in the actual scenes that will be shown.

Milkcah explained, "Siyempre po, kelangan po dapat matakot kasi po sa eksena na po 'to, kailangan ko po matakot."

She's young, she's a newbie, and yet, she seems to know already what will make her a star.

Ms. Celia added, "She's a scene stealer!"
