Shamcey Supsup comes home after placing 3rd runner-up in the Miss Universe pageant held in Sao, Paulo, Brazil. She had a motorcade on her second day (September 18) in Manila. Her first stop was Quezon City Hall where she was greeted by adoring supporters and city officials. Shamcey was lovely in her floral sun dress and proudly wore her Miss Universe 3rd runner-up sash.
