Sabi nga ni Kris, nang malaman ni Josh na may gagawin itong TVC kunsaan siya ang magiging bida, “Josh was excited because of his workout coaches being part of the TVC.

"He loves Coach Chappy & Coach Evan & he's super PROUD of his body transformation.”

Ayon kay Coach Chappy, “Josh has a great support system. Everyone in his team (family, yayas, PSG, etc.) want to see him succeed, so I recruited everyone's help to keep reminding him that health should be a priority.

“It took a while to ingrain the idea, but with time, his choices became automatic. In exercise, I make it fun for him. We have games and contests and goals.”

“The most obvious effect is his fat loss, but I see that as a very cool side effect of his training.

“I trained him to be more mobile and functional in everyday life. Your body will adapt to mobility and functionality, so you see his weight loss.

“The best effect for me is seeing him actually move better and be healthier. Two years ago, he couldn't even run straight. Now, a 10k run is routine.”

SWIMMING.

“It’s hard because he lacks in motor skills and adaption, which we continue to develop. It’s easy because he follows.

“You just need creativity to execute swim drills to meet your goal for the day.”

“Josh is very sweet and gentle. One thing for sure, he wants to please everybody. That's his motivation.

“Every time we finished swim sets, he always asked me, ‘Coach, happy ka?’ Or even before doing our workouts he will say, ‘I will swim good today’ para sasabihin ni Mama, Ate Bincai (Joshua's yaya), or he will enumerate persons involved in his life as many as he can, na ‘Good job ako!’

“But he really does love eating my cereals after training!”

Aniya, “He develops self-discipline. We do the training in the morning, so he has to sleep early.

“And he also has a swimming family in La Salle Greenhills (Green Archers Swim Club), which he trains with the team, at least two times a week.

“Through this, [they] interact and socialize with each other.”
