Shalani Soledad-Romulo chose a simple ensemble to wear to the third Esquire Ball, held November 5, at the Shangri-La Hotel in Makati.
A blue cocchiffon shift dress and matching bejeweled pumps were all it took to put the former TV5 host in party mode.
While Shalani is often seen in non-sexy, conservative dresses, her roomy dress at the ball roused the curiosity of PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal): "Is there a baby bump hiding somewhere in there?"
The lovely wife of Pasig City Congressman Roman Romulo said with a smile, "We're working on it. Hopefully soon. We're working on it.
"We realized hindi pala ganoon kadali, but we're trying. Hopefully, sana soon."
Ohhh, that's just too bad, because many have been wishing that the couple would add a new member to their family.
But Shalani said she is very much happy with her married life, and enjoying her job as a full-time wife and homemaker, especially after her show Wowowillie went off the air last October.
